DESCRIPTION:The Sunbeam Motorcycle Club has organised the Pioneer Run® since 1930\, quickly establishing itself as the premier event for pre-1915 veteran machines. \nThe start has been moved from the 1930 venue at Croydon Aerodrome\, firstly to the railway yard at Tattenham Corner at Epsom Racecourse\, then to Weybridge for 1936 and finally back to Tattenham Corner. \nIn the past the finish has been on Madeira Drive\, Brighton\, but for the past few years it has moved to Brighton City Airport at Shoreham.

DESCRIPTION:The Great Malle Rally is the longest motorcycle rally ever hosted in the UK. 1500 beautiful miles from the Southern tip of England to the very Northern tip of Scotland. An ‘inappropriate’ motorcycle rally for custom\, classic\, cafe-racer\, chopper\, modern classic and scrambler motorcycles (which is most of them). \nNow held over 6 stages/days\, the new 1500 mile rally route carves a unique path across the most beautiful landscapes\, mountains\, coasts and valleys in Great Britain\, mainly on tiny B-Roads. On each day the rally teams are given the 5 rally checkpoints to guide the teams along our route\, with our marshals timing and followed by our rally engineers and support crew. \nAll riders camp under canvas in our luxurious rally belle tents\, with the riders briefing and the dinner in the rally camp. Our private chefs cook up a storm in the rally camps each evening\, with hearty breakfasts and a riders lunch – we provide all food throughout – the only thing not included is fuel and drinks. \nEach rider is given their own exclusive limited edition ‘Malle Rally Duffel’ and their ‘Malle Rally Kit’ with their rally numbers on it all – so that all luggage is waiting at camp for riders. We transport what you can fit in your Malle Rally Duffel (65cm x 30cm x 30cm)\, anything else would need to be strapped to the duffel\, or carried by the rider on their motorcycle.

SUMMARY:Wee Run Frae The Doc’s Auld Hoose
DESCRIPTION:Non-competitive social run open to members of the VMCC\, or guests\, riding motorcycles\, outfits or three wheelers\, over 25 years old but especially keen to see as many flat tankers\, girder fork and v twins as possible. \nGuests are welcome\, but due to club insurance restrictions you must take out day membership of the VMCC at a cost of £5. \nYou must arrive BY 10.00am. There will be tea\, coffee and bacon rolls available (included in entry fee). First bikes will set off at 11.00am\, staggered in 4/5s to avoid congestion. The entry fee for the rally is £20/rider +£15/passenger\, (£25/rider +£20/passenger for non-VMCC members). This includes lunch at The Redhouse Hotel\, in Coupar Angus\, PH13 9AL. There will be a LONG ROUTE (90 miles) and a SHORT ROUTE (60 miles) in 2023.

SUMMARY:Graham Walker Memorial Run\, Beaulieu
DESCRIPTION:The annual Graham Walker Memorial Run returns for its 60th vintage and veteran motorcycle gathering at Beaulieu on the 20th August. \nIn tribute to the late Graham Walker (pictured above in 1921\, photo: Agence Rol)\, veteran\, vintage and post-vintage machines of all makes built before 31 December 1940\, will be displayed in the grounds of the National Motor Museum before roaring into life and setting off on a run around the New Forest. \nGraham Walker was one of the founders of the Sunbeam Motorcycle Club in 1924 and was also club president for many years. After he retired from racing\, he became the editor of Motorcycling and went on to become the first curator of the Montagu Motor Museum\, forerunner to The National Motor Museum. \n \n\nVISITORS \nVisitor entry is from 10am. Beaulieu visitors are welcome to view the Graham Walker Run as part of their general admission ticket. \nThe best time to view the Graham Walker Run is before the participants leave the site between 10am and 12pm\, and when they return between 1pm and 3.30pm. \nPARTICIPANTS \n\n\nFor information about taking part in this event please contact the event organiser at the Sunbeam Motorcycle Club or contact the Beaulieu Events team. \n\nT: 01590 614614\nE: events@beaulieu.co.uk

SUMMARY:Coast to Coast Motorcycle Run
DESCRIPTION:The Westland Classic Motorcycle Club’s Annual Coast to Coast Charity Motorcycle Run is a event for veteran\, vintage\, post war classics and more modern motorcycles and scooters\, including three-wheelers\, built before 2000. It usually attracts between 150-200 entrants. \nThe run leaves from the Cobb Gate car park on the seafront in Lyme Regis at 10am\, wends its way through Dorset and East Devon before heading into Somerset\, stopping at Sheppeys Cider Farm near Taunton for lunch and finishing in Minehead on the North Somerset coast. The event raises money for Headway which provides aftercare and helps to improve lives of patients who have suffered a head or brain injury.
